Step 1
Preheat oven 350°
Step 2
Use muffin liners or grease a muffin pan
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon
Step 4
In a separate large bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, vanilla, vegetable oil, and cinnamon toast crunch spread
Step 5
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mixing well
Step 6
Add mixture to muffin pan, makes 18 muffins.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8
Allow to cool before enjoying!
