Step 1
Dice Roma tomato. Pull rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cut lime into 4 wedges.

2. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out some of the flesh, to form a well in the avocado. Transfer the removed avocado into a bowl. Drizzle 2 lime wedges over the avocado boat.
Step 3
3. Add paleo mayo, cilantro, and chili powder to the avocado in the bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mash well to combine. Fold in Roma tomato and rotisserie chicken. Drizzle with 2 lime wedges.
Step 4
Divide the chicken into the avocado boats and enjoy!
