Rinse and drain a can of chickpeas, mash with a fork

Combine chickpeas with mashed avocado, a spoonful of Dijon mustard, a handful of chopped red onion, any fresh herbs you have on hand (parsley for me), and chopped celery and add in some lemon juice, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste! Top with hemp seeds for extra oomph
