Instructions

Step 1
Allow pizza dough to come to room temp
Step 2
Add olive oil to a bowl and wipe the sides. Add the pizza dough to the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Proof at 85F for one hour or leave in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.
Step 3
Dump the proofed dough on to a lightly floured work surface and cover with the plastic wrap. In the bowl combine all of the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4
Cut the dough into quarters and roll each quarter out to make 12 inch logs. Cut each log into 1 inch squares. Toss the dough pieces in the bowl with the other ingredients and fold to combine.
Step 5
Add all of the ingredients to a greased Bundt pan and proof uncovered for one hour at 85F.

Preheat the oven to 350. Place the proofed dough mixture on a sheet pan to avoid spill overs and bake for 55-75 minutes or untill the baked product has the consistency you want and reaches at least 200F.
