Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450F
Step 2
Line baking sheet with foil and spray with noon stick
Step 3
Season salmon and too with lemon slices. Cook for 10 minutes, remove and tent for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Melt butter then add garlic, capers, zest, juice and season to taste
Step 5
Discard lemon slices, coat fish with sauce and serve.
