Mushroom Shakshuka with chilli caviar
• 1 whole onions
• 1 whole bell pepper (Red/green)
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 4 small/medium button mushrooms
• 1 Canned tomatoes (Whole peeled/Diced)
• 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon of paprika
• 1/2 tablespoon of salt
• ¼ table spoon of sugar
• 2 tablespoon of Neutral oil (Cannula)
• 4 whole eggs
• 2 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Instructions
Step 1
1. Finely dice 1 whole onions, 1 whole bell pepper (Red/Green) and 4 cloves of garlic.
Step 2
2. Slice 3-4 Button mushrooms into few thin slices about <0.5mm.
Step 3
3. Pre-heat pan with neutral oil (2 tablespoon).
Step 4
4. Saute onions, bell pepper, garlic and mushrooms until softens.
Step 5
5. Add Ground cumin, Paprika, salt&pepper and sugar, stir well.
Step 6
6. Add canned tomatoes into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7
7. Create 4 small holes at 4 corners of the pan and add 4 eggs into it.
Step 8
8. Let it simmer at low-medium heat for about 10minutes.
Step 9
9. Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley.
