Step 1
Preheat oven to 420 degrees
Step 2
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray
Step 3
Add all ingredients except for the puff pastry to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Cut puff pastry in 4 squares and transfer the squares to the muffin tin pressing the middle down into the well.
Step 5
Fill the middle of the puff pastry ( the well) with the mixture and bring up the sides slightly. They will puff up and resemble petals on a flower.
Step 6
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until golden. Every oven is different and puff pastry gets colored rapidly so keep and eye on it.
