Instructions

Step 1
Season chicken thighs with dried basil, salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and seat on both sides until Golden brown and no longer pink. Remove & set aside.
Step 2
Add remaining oil to the pot, fry onion and garlic until transparent, string occasionally (2 min). Pour in cooking wine & simmer 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the broth, milks, salt and pepper & being to a gentle simmer. Add pasta and simmer until pasta is al dente about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Stir in parmesan cheese until it melts through sauce. Remove from heat and allow sauce to thicken. Slice chicken into strips and stir through pasta.
