Place two chicken thighs or breasts in the slow cooker. Season. Cook on high for 3 hours. Shred. Sit aside.

Put a deep frying pan on the stove. Add oil, put on high.

Dice the half onion, add to pan. Add the garlic, mix.

Slowly add the stock, half a cup each, whisk until fully incorporated.

Boil. Then turn down to a simmer. Cook until pasta is done.
