Instructions
Step 1
Cube chicken and place in bottom of slow cooker
Step 2
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian Seasoning.
Step 3
Top Chicken with onion, bell pepper, olive oil, mushroom, and capers.
Step 4
Cook on low for 6 hours
Step 5
When finished cooking, stir well. Serve over cooked pasta.
Step 6
Top with olive salad and mozzarella.
