Ingredients
8 servings

2 poundsground beef

12 ouncesfrozen corn

12 ouncesFrozen Green Beans

2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

10.5 ouncescream of mushroom soup

5 ouncesYellow Onion
Chopped

1 TablespoonMinced Garlic

1 tablespoonitalian seasoning

½ tablespoongarlic powder

½ tablespoononion powder

½ tablespoonseasoning salt

½ tablespoonpepper

½ tablespoonchili powder
3 TablespoonCornstarch Slurry
1 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 2
Prepare a large baking dish with parchment paper.


Step 3
Cook ground beef and onion until ground beef is browned. Mixing often so that ground beef is fine.




Step 4
Remove from heat and drain excess fat.


Step 5
Add cooked ground beef and onions back to pan. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, minced garlic, and all seasonings.








Step 6
Mix cornstarch slurry into ground beef mixture.

Spread half of the ground beef mixture evenly in the baking dish. Then layer on top half of the corn and green beans. On top of that add half of the shredded cheese. Add the second half of the ground beef on top repeating the process.



Step 8
Place tater tots on top of casserole. Placing the tater tots in rows instead of sporadically will result in more tater tots per serving.

Step 9
Place casserole in preheated oven. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes. Tater tots should be golden brown and crunchy.
Step 10
Remove casserole from oven. *Recommended* Allow to sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
