This is my to go-to breakfast in the morning. Very filling, yummy and healthy. I experimented with the recipe until I got it to be 350 calories or less (depending on the fruit.) So you can substitute some of the ingredients if you need to (i.e. sugar instead of monkfruit) but it will increase the calorie count.

Mix all ingredients (except fruit). If the mixture is too thick, put in a tbsp or 2 of water.
Step 2
Put it in refrigerator overnight. Top with fruit right before eating.
