Instructions

Step 1
Add the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla and maple syrup to a quart jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well and set aside for at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
Evenly divide the pudding among 4 bowls and top with ¼ cup of cherries and 2 Tbsp of cashews in each bowl. Serve.
