Instructions
Step 1
Evenly split your ingredients between two small jars (or simply make a large batch in one container), starting with the chia seeds and following it with the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Step 2
To make the mango purée simply chop and blend fresh mango or frozen & thawed mango slices. Set aside in fridge.
Step 3
Place your chia seed pudding in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. In the morning, pour your mango purée mixture over the set chia seed pudding and enjoy!
