Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F
Step 1
Place chicken on one side of parchment or foil-lined baking sheet. Add potatoes & tomatoes to the other.
Step 2
Drizzle olive oil over each. Season with salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning.
Step 3
Using hands, mix vegetables so they are all completely covered with oil & spices.
Step 4
Rub oil & spices into both sides of chicken.
Step 5
Bake (30-35 min.) until chicken is completely cooked through.
