Gently spicy and very simple. I've amended slightly to allow for longer cooking of the green beans and corn. Also, will add baby or chopped new potatoes

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180c (200 non fan). Mix spices in a bowl. In a large roasting tin, put in chicken and all veg, spices and oil and mix. Season. Roast for 30 mins.
Step 2
2. Remove tray from oven. Add coconut milk and sliced chilli and roast for another 15 minutes. Better if increase temperature to 200c.
Step 3
3. Serve with scattered fresh coriander and lime wedges
