Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, water, yeast and oil. Add a pinch of salt and knead for 10 mins.
Step 2
Divide dough into 2 (one part bigger than the other), then roll them out into 2 large rounds
Step 3
In the meanwhile, season your passata sauce with a pinch of salt, pepper, oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 4
Oil a medium skillet and place the bigger round of dough on the bottom. Pour your passata in and finally your mozzarella.
Step 5
Place the smaller round of dough on top of your pizza pie and use your fingers to seal the 2 rounds.
Step 6
Cook on medium-low heat for about 15-20 mins each side or until nice and golden. Buon appetito!
