Instructions
Step 1
Cut the figs into slices.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Set the heat to medium-high. Add the figs. Drizzle with 1 tbsp honey. Fry them for approx. 2 mins.
Step 3
Turn the figs over and drizzle with honey again. Fry for a further 2 mins.
Step 4
Cut the ciabatta in half. Only the bottom half is needed.
Step 5
Pull the burrata apart and place it on the ciabatta.
Step 6
Top with the basil and figs.
Step 7
Finally, drizzle over the olive oil and balsamic cream.
