Chicken kofta patties
Chicken kofta patties
If your looking for an idea for dinner make these chicken kofta patties they are packed with lots of flavor and they are so easy to make. I made a delicious cucumber sauce to go with them and I served them with yellow rice, you can make sandwiches or wraps out of them.
——ingredients——
-2 pounds of ground chicken
-1 red bell pepper
-1 medium size onion
-4 cloves of garlic
-cilantro A handful
-parsley A handful
-1 teaspoon coriander
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 teaspoon turmeric
-1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
-1/2 tablespoon of salt
-1 cup of oil for pan frying the kofta

Mix and pan fry them on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fully cooked through and no more pink on the inside.

——cucumber sauce——
-1 cup sour cream
-1 clove of garlic
-2 Persian cucumbers
-1 teaspoon of dried mint
-the juice of half a lemon
-1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
