Ingredients
2 servings
½ cupsadzuki beans
or urid beans, pre-soak overnight
1 Tbspnarame sea vegetable
0.5 stalkcelery
cut really finely
4tomatoes
cut into small pieces
black olives
1spring onion
finely sliced
Dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans overnight in water. In the morning rinse well.
Step 2
Cook the beans for at least 1 hour so they are nice and tender. Rinse well under cold water.
Step 3
Soak the arame in cold water for 15minutes and then rinse well.
Step 4
Combine remaining ingredients and serve with dressing.
