Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450.

Step 2
Cut and trim potatoes and brussels sprouts.
Step 3
Toss potatoes, salt, and pepper together on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Roast for 24 minutes.
Step 4
Place brussels sprouts on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, maple syrup or honey, and seasoning. Roast brussels sprouts for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, drizzle balsamic on top, then toss to coat. Bake for another 9 minutes. Stir in bacon bits.
Step 5
Cook steak while potatoes and brussels sprouts bake.
Step 6
Once potatoes are cooked sprinkle parmesan cheese over potatoes and bake until cheese is melted.
