Instructions
Step 1
Season the steak well with salt and pepper and set it aside for 1 minute.
Step 2
Spray a non-stick frying pan with some low-calorie cooking spray, place over a high heat, add the steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 3
Remove them from the pan and transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
Spray the pan with a little more low-calorie cooking spray, then add the mushrooms, onion and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften.
Step 5
Remove from the heat.
Step 6
Stir the spreadable cheese onto the steak and mix well, then add the steak to the pan with the veg and stir.
Step 7
Fill the two ciabatta rolls with equal quantities of the steak mix, replace the top of the roll, and serve.
