Extremely Easy Homemade Breakfast Burger

The app closed twice while writing this recipe and I had to re-write it from scratch each time so I am really frustrated, I think I need to make another burger to soothe my anger 😂
This is a very flavourful and extremely delicious homemade burger, it is very quick to make and will make you want more 🍔

Step 1
Cut the (bread,roll,bun) into two pieces, top and a bottom. Put butter and or sauce on both sides.

Dice the onion into tiny pieces and place it on the bottom of the (bread,roll,bun).

Step 3
Put some butter or oil onto a frying pan and fry the ham/bacon till crispy. Then place it on top of onions and place a slice of cheese on top.

Step 4
On the same pan, fry the egg. I like to fry it until the whites are fully set and the yolk is runny and soft.

Put the fried egg on top of the cheese. Then slice the tomato and place it on the egg, top with chives, salt and pepper.
