Extremely Easy Homemade Breakfast Burger

The app closed twice while writing this recipe and I had to re-write it from scratch each time so I am really frustrated, I think I need to make another burger to soothe my anger ๐
This is a very flavourful and extremely delicious homemade burger, it is very quick to make and will make you want more ๐

Here's what I used:
Instructions
Step 1

Cut the (bread,roll,bun) into two pieces, top and a bottom. Put butter and or sauce on both sides.




Step 2

Dice the onion into tiny pieces and place it on the bottom of the (bread,roll,bun).





Step 3

Put some butter or oil onto a frying pan and fry the ham/bacon till crispy. Then place it on top of onions and place a slice of cheese on top.







Step 4

On the same pan, fry the egg. I like to fry it until the whites are fully set and the yolk is runny and soft.



Step 5
Put the fried egg on top of the cheese. Then slice the tomato and place it on the egg, top with chives, salt and pepper.













Step 6

Put the lettuce leaf onto the other side of the (bread,roll,bun) and place it on top of your burger.
