Instructions

Step 1
Cup open squash lengthwise
Step 2
Place on sheet face down, add a bit of water to paper

Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes
Step 4
Prick with a fork, should remain crisp
Step 5
Remove seeds, spoon squash out, will come out like spaghetti
Step 6
Prepare salad, mix dressing ingredients separately and then combine with salad
Step 7
Prepare at least a day in advance. Stays fresh for 2 weeks.
