Baked chicken thighs
These oven baked chicken thighs are so delicious, so juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside a must try recipe.
——Ingredients——
-8 bone in chicken thighs (wash & pat dry)
-1 tablespoon seasoned salt
-1 tablespoon dried parsley
-1 tablespoon lemon pepper
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 packet of Sazón
-1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
-the juice of 1 lemon
-1 and 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha or to taste
-2 tablespoons olive oil
:
1️⃣ wash and pat dry the chicken thighs
2️⃣ mix all the spices, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Sriracha together
3️⃣ pour the Marinade on the chicken and marinade for a couple hours or overnight
4️⃣ place the chicken on a tray lined with parchment paper with all the marinade
5️⃣ put the chicken in a preheated oven at 400° and bake for 45 to 50 minutes and enjoy.
