3 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 Tbspginger paste
1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 tspred chili powder
3 tspcoriander powder
3 tspcumin powder
1 ½ tspturmeric powder
1.5 TSPGARAM MASALA POWDER
3 TBSPTANDOORI MASALA
0.25 TSPRED FOOD COLOR
OPTIONAL
4 TBSPPlain Yogurt
6 TBSPlemon juice
1 Tbspoil
½ tspfenugreek leaves

Instructions
Step 1
Stab or cut slits into chicken
Step 2
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly
Step 3
Combine mix with chicken in large freeze or storage bag and marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight is preferred
Step 4
Put chicken on line rack and broil for 10 minutes on each side
Step 5
Bake at 350 for about 15-25 minutes until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees
