Instructions
Step 1
Saute the veggies (bell pepper and onion)
Add the ground turkey and brown the meat.
Stir in liquids (tomato paste, mustard, apple cider vinegar)
Step 2
Grease a large pan and saute the diced bell pepper and onion for about 5 minutes, allowing the onion to become translucent and the pepper tender.
Add in ground turkey and saute meat until brown, no need to drain!
Stir in tomato paste, mustard, and vinegar. Optional to drizzle with ketchup and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a bun, stuff a sweet potato, or as a side to some sauteed vegetables!
