These Indian onion fritters are so tasty you might just finish a whole batch by yourself. If you can’t find curry leaves or ajwain seeds, you can simply substitute with some fresh mint!

Instructions
Step 1
Slice your onions not too finely. Chop the chili, coriander and curry leaves and the ginger. Add them to a large bowl
Step 2
To the same bowl add all of the remaining ingredients minus the flour and cornstarch. With your hand, mix and squeeze for 5 minutes, until the onions release their juice and the mixture is well combined and wet.
Step 3
To the same bowl add the flour and cornstarch. Again mix for 5 minutes with your hand until the mixture is doughy and no loose flour remains
Step 4
Fry in hot peanut oil until golden brown and drain on a paper towel. Buon appetito :)
