Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine flour, 1 tbsp salt, 3 tbsp olive oil and yeast in a large bowl and knead until combined
2. Cover and let rest for 3-4 hours
3. Once rested, cover a baking dish in baking paper and place dough and spread over dish and cover to let rest for a further 45 minutes
4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
5. Dimple dough with fingers and place remaining 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 tbsp salt and rosemary on top
6. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes 7. Cut into 10 pieces and serve
