2 Tbspketchup

3 sprigspineapple sage

1 cupchip
or cracker crumbs
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspsea salt
1 tsppepper
1 TbspItalian herb seasoning
1 cupshredded mozzarella
sauce
¼ cupapple cider vinegar
3 Tbspbrown sugar
organic
½ cupketchup
organic
1 Tbspgranulated garlic
1 tsponion powder
½ tspsea salt
½ tsppepper
1 tsphot sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a large glass bowl, mix beef, onion, garlic. Beat egg, add to meat. Chop almost all of the seeds from squash and add to meat with the rest of the wet ingredients and mix. Then add cracker crumbs, mix and add cheese, mix. Fill squash and form mixture. Roast in oven at 375 for 25 - 30 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk all sauce ingredients. Remove from oven and brush a thick coat of sauce and place back in oven for 10 - 20 minutes.
