Instructions

Step 1
Chop veggies to uniform size (~1/4 inch pieces).
Step 2
Freeze, thaw, and chop tofu into 1/2" cubes.
Step 3
Dehydrate veggies and tofu at 135 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 hours.
Step 4
Put coconut milk and spices into a small bag. Put the remaining ingredients, along with the small spice bag, into a sealable plastic bag to bring on the trail.
Step 5
On trail, put all ingredients except spice bag into pot and cover. Soak for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes. Add contents of spice bag and stir. Cover and soak for 10 more minutes. Enjoy!
