Instructions

Step 1
Warm water up for 15 seconds
Step 2
Add yeast and sugar to water and mix
Step 3
Add flour to mixture and mix
Step 4
Sprinkle flour on counter. Add mixture on top and knead for 10 minutes

Add in whatever toppings you want and knead until mixed
Step 6
Add oil to a bowl. Coat dough ball in oil. Then cover bowl with plastic wrap and let double in size. Leave on counter if making the same day or in fridge if overnight
Step 7
Once dough has doubled in size, sprinkle flour on the counter and roll dough in. Make a bagel shape out of dough
Step 8
Boil water with sugar and boil dough for 1 minute on each side
Step 9
Bake at 425° for 15-25 minutes
