Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F or 176°C. To a medium bowl, stir together 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and pumpkin.

2. Combine your flour, baking powder, and 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice with your butter/sugar/pumpkin mix. Fold for 30 seconds or until well combined.

3. Add 1 tbsp of batter/dough to a greased mini muffin pan. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.

4. Let doughnuts cool for 5-7 minutes. In a bowl, melt 1/4 cup butter. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Coat doughnuts in a melted butter, then coat in sugar mixture. Plate, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
