Grilled Peri Peri Chicken + Rice
In a bowl add the chicken, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt and Peri Peri sauce and mix well,
In a pan add, butter and cook chicken on high for 10 mins then set aside.
In a pan add, olive oil, chopped onion diced bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, turmeric, tomato paste and water then add 600g of cooked white rice to the pan and mix well and simmer, then add coriander to serve.
