Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 200°C (no circulation heat).
Step 2
Whip up eggs and sugar. Add margarine, vanilla extract and the cream. Sift the corn starch and combine with the batter. Add the quark and fold it in.
Step 3
Add baking paper into a loaf pan. Fill in the batter and smooth the surface.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C around 50 min. Leave the cake in the oven for another 30 min.
