Instructions
Step 1
Knead all ingredients except jam and dusting with dough hooks until a smooth dough forms. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Line a cookie sheet and heat oven to 390 degrees.
Step 3
Form small balls and place on cookie sheet. Press small holes with a teaspoon that is dipped in flour.
Step 4
Stir jam and fill a piping bag and pipe into cookies.
Step 5
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Don’t let them get too brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
