Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2
Place the chicken in a bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and rub in the spices until coated.

Place the chicken in a roasting pan or baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, depending on thickness.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Cut both the chicken and the boiled egg into bite-size pieces and serve over the romaine with the Parmesan, bacon bits and dressing mixed together.
