Step 1
Cube the chicken and add the ingredients to a bowl and let it sit for an hour
Step 2
Either shallow fry the chicken in a pan or alternatively if you have a fry place them in the fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes in batches if needed until golden and crispy.
Step 3
Set aside and keep warm. Make the sauce by adding all the ingredients to a pan followed by a 50ml cornflour slurry and mix. Once reduced add the chicken. Mix well and serve
