Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees c. In a large saucepan, combine the milk, margarine, mustard, sour cream and the cheeses along with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook over a low hea, stirring, until everything is combined into a smooth sauce.

Cook the macaroni in salted water as per the packet instructions and drain
