Ingredients
2 servings
160gpasta
uncooked, of choice
1can of tuna
1 cupcanned sweetcorn
0.5red pepper
finely diced
0.5red onion
small, finely diced
1 cupfat free plain yoghurt
2 Tbshalf the fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsdijon mustard
½ Tbssukrin
or other sweetener of choice

finely chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions and set aside to cool.
Step 2
Add the tuna, sweetcorn, red pepper, onion, to a bowl and season well with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Add in the yoghurt, mayo, sweetener and mustard and mix to combine.
Step 4
Add in the cooked pasta and toss altogether.
Step 5
Season with a little black pepper and sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
