Instructions

Step 1
Mix yeast and warm milk. Allow yeast to activate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Once yeast is activated, mix with 2 eggs, 1/3 c margarine, 4 1/2 c flour, salt, 1/2 c sugar.
Step 3
Mix and knead as required until all ingredients are combined. Once combined let dough rest until it has increased in size. Roughly a few hours til doubled.
Step 4
Roll out dough and spread butter onto dough. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture to cover dough. Roll up dough and cut into cinnamon rolls.
Step 5
Cover and let rise again until doubled.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake rolls roughly 15 minutes.
