For the meatballs
Step 1
Peel and finely chop 1 garlic clove and 1 shallot. Heat some olive oil in a large pan and fry the garlic and shallot ( 3 min). Then remove from the heat.

Step 2
Mix the minced meat with the fried garlic and shallot cubes and the meat spice mix in a mixing ball

Step 3
Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls with moistened hands. Heat some more olive oil and fry the meatballs for about 5 min. Remove from pan
For the sauce
Step 4
Dice the remaining shallot and garlic. Heat some more olive oil and fry them. Add the can of chopped tomatoes and simmer for app. 4 min
