Instructions
Step 1
-In a food processor or in a bowl (can also hand mix with a fork), mix the flour with the puree. Mix until it forms into a dough.
Step 2
-Boil 6 cups of water and add 1/2 tbsp of salt.
Step 3
-With scissors cut the dough into small pieces.
Step 4
-Slice the tomatoes and sauté them in a pan with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 5
-Drain the pasta after 2-3 minutes and pour into the pan, add the Parmesan and stir.
Step 6
-If necessary, add some pasta water.
