Ingredients

For the Dough
2 cupbread flour
2 ¼ Tbspyeast
1 ½ tspsugar
¾ tspsalt
¼ tspgarlic powder
¼ tspbasil leaves
2 Tbspolive oil
¾ cupwater
warm
For the Sauce
Instructions
For the Pizza
Step 1
Combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl
Step 2
Add garlic powder and basil
Step 3
Add olive oil and water and stir very well
Step 4
Gradually add another cup of flour until dough is a cohesive, elastic ball
Step 5
Coat a clean bowl with more olive oil and place ball of dough in there
Step 6
Let rise for 30 mins or until dough doubles in size

Preheat oven to 425 f

Deflate dough and knead on floured surface for 3-5 mins

Roll into 12” circle
Step 10
Transfer to parchment paper and fold edges over to create a crust

Poke holes with a fork all over the inside and coat in olive oil

Add desired toppings and bake for 13-15 mins
For the Sauce
Step 13
Start by heating olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Then add some roughly cut garlic and saute for one minute. Add some red pepper flakes and let those cook for about 10-15 seconds.

Add a 28-ounce can of whole San Marzano tomatoes. Stir in and lightly break up the tomatoes. Add some dry onion powder along with some dry oregano, stir to combine and let simmer for 30-45 minutes.

Add sauce to a blender and puree for about 10-15 seconds.
