Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, add flour (I used semolina flour but you can use normal flour instead) with tomato passata and knead for a minute.
Step 2
With your hands, flatten your dough into a disc (1 ½ inches thick).
Step 3
In a pot, boil some water and season with salt.
Step 4
Hold the disc on top of your boiling water and use some kitchen scissors to cut 1 ½-inch-pieces of dough, letting them fall into the boiling water.
Step 5
Cook your pasta for about 3/4 mins or until it starts floating to the surface. Drain.
Step 6
For the sauce, sizzle garlic with olive oil for 90 seconds, add cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 mins stirring occasionally.
Step 8
You can blend your cooked tomatoes if you want to make a smooth sauce otherwise you can skip this part.
Step 9
Mix your cooked pasta with your tomato sauce, adding some pasta water to make it sexy!
