pomegranate seeds

halved lengthways

combine feta and blue

Spiced Pecans

2 cupspecans

¼ cupbrown sugar

¼ cupbutter

½ tspground black pepper

Dressing

¾ cupbalsamic vinegar

½ cupolive oil

6 Tbspbrown sugar

Instructions

Spiced Pecans

Step 1

Mix ingredients together

Step 2

Spread on greased baking tray, bake 160C for 8-10mins (or until lightly toasted)

Combine ingredients

Step 4

Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved

Special occasion

Very nice salad. Makes too much dressing which is very runny and can pool at bottom of salad, making it soggy. Perhaps let guest put their own dressing on. Next time try dressing from similar recipe https://cookieandkate.com/pomegranate-pear-green-salad-with-ginger-dressing/
