Sweet Potato Brownies
- parchment paper strongly advised
- blender required if using potato skin
- using more stevia instead of syrup may work, just make sure the batter doesnt become dry by maybe adding a tsp at a time of yogurt or milk

80 gramsmaple syrup

1 tspbaking powder

40gcoco powder

18 gramstevia

1 ½ tspvanilla extract

4 gramssalt

14gsugar free chocolate chips

30goat flour

Step 1
Blend all together until mixed

Line in 8x8 dish or circular cake tin with parchment paper; distribute evenly and top with extra chocolate chips (
optional)
Step 3
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Step 4
combine chocolate chips and liquid of choice, microwave in 5 second intervals mixing each time until desired texture is formed
Step 5
After brownies have cooled (30 mins or so) apply icing. Let icing harden or eat as is
