Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2
Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts & clean them.
Step 3
Add the Brussels sprouts to a baking pan. Spray 10 times with the Pam & sprinkle w/salt.
Step 4
Add Brussels sprouts to the oven for 30 minutes. Take them out after 15 minutes to stir, add 10 more sprays of Pam & salt.
Step 5
Add the balsamic vinegar & sugar to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. Cook until the vinegar thickens and reduces by half.
Step 6
Add the Brussels sprouts to a mixing bowl, then add the balsamic glaze & the dried cranberries. Stir together & serve.
