Instructions

Step 1
Place avocado slices in single layer on bottom of platter, Drizzle lemon juice on top
Step 2
Scatter hearts of palm over avocados, top with edamame
Step 3
Sprinkle with za’atar
Step 4
In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and honey; season with salt and pepper
Step 5
Spoon dressing over salad, garnish with lemon zest
Step 6
Serve immediately
