This one is for all my lazy gals and guys, or just for those days when you can’t be bothered cooking anything. You just blend it up and whack it in the oven. No mixing and no mashing. Just simple and sweet.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a a bread tin.
Step 2
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more oat milk if needed. Optionally mix in chocolate chips, berries, cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavour.
Step 3
Pour batter into the lined bread tin and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until top is browned and skewer comes out clean.
Step 4
Allow to cool for 10 minutes, slice and enjoy. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
